The contract period is 2007-2017 with a $5.0 million cap per year and a contract total available $50.0 million.

Architectural and engineering services for Base Capital Improvement Fund Projects for Air Force Services. The contract period is 2008-2015 with a $3.0 million cap per year and a contract total available of $15.0 million.
Architectural and engineering consulting services for Army non-appropriated funds (NAF) projects. One year with four options years.
Architectural and engineering services for the USACE Baltimore Distinct. The contract period is 2007-2012, with a contract total available of $10.0 million.
Architectural and engineering services for Air Force Lodging NAF Projects. The contract period is 2008-2016 with a $15 million cap per year and a contract total available of $105 million.
Architectural and engineering services for miscellanous services (large projects) under the jurisdiction of the Corps of Engineers District with the south Atlantic Division (SAD). The contract period is 2010-2013 with a $4.5 million cap in fees over three (3) years.
Architectural and engineering services in support of the Healthcare Facilities Modernization Program for the US Air Force Medical Services. The contract period is 2011-2013 with a $90 million cap shared between three firms.
